Ever seen a group of college kids move a bathtub across town? Neither had I, until today. Lambda Chi Alpha, a fraternity at the University of Akron, signed up to be a part of Timmy's Team. Timmy's Team is my team for the Great Strides walk in May which raises money for cystic fibrosis. Anyway, this fantastic group of college kids got up early and walked 4 miles, up and down hills, stopping traffic, and collecting money for CF. While the Bathtub Pull is their annual fundraiser (38 yrs!), they paired it with our fundraising efforts for Great Strides. We would love to see some of them even join us in May for Great Strides!
